As part of its review of the CMP we are looking at how Historic Royal Palaces adjusts its management regime to respond to the climate and ecological emergency.  The very idea of long-term planning is challenged by the multiple uncertainties that now confront managers and owners so this was a particularly welcome, and challenging, invitation.
